Conan calls Hattori to discuss his findings of the black photograph and Eisuke. However, he is in a hospital, and, with Sonoko an Ran, run into Eisuke. Eisuke is looking for his sister...who looks just like Mizunashi Rena! Later, they go visit a friend who is obsessed with Rena to see if Eisuke's sister is her.
