The FBI make their move to stop the Black Organization spy, Kusada, only to have Kusada escape from the hospital! Akai and Conan give chase in Akai's Chevrolet when Kusada commits suicide and veers off the road. Unfortunately, they were unable to stop Kusada before he sent information to the Black Organization. The FBI begins to develop a new plan against the Organization and Conan learns about Akai's past with Haibara's sister, Akemi, while Eisuke sneaks into Rena's room. What is Eisuke up to and what will the FBI do now?
