A series of strange events occur throughout the Haido area, forcing a large amount of people to come to the hospital the FBI is hiding Rena in. Throughout the confusion, package deliveries come in by the dozen and are given to the new patients. Suspicious, the FBI check the packages to find that not only were the packages sent by the deceased Black Organization spy, Kusada, but also that the packages contain small bombs!
